What challenges can you expect?
- You will develop a project plan to establish scope, schedule and allotment of available resources (technicians and material) to various phases of the project
- Advising the customer in regards to all technical and organizational queries will be within your responsibility
- You will monitor the progress of the projects on-site and make sure that the projects are successful and efficient in terms of quality, duration and costs
- You will coordinate on-site with customer, sub-contractors, agents and the internal project team to ensure the project's success and customer satisfaction
- You will solve problems and anticipate conflicts which might arise during the project
- You will identify areas of improvement, derive the necessary measures and implement them
- Additionally, you will discuss amendments of the scope of the work with the customer and adjust the project plan
- Finally, you will prepare and submit project documentation (internal and external)
What do we expect from you?
- You are an engineer or technician with a relevant level of experience
- You have several years of practical experience as a Project Manager in the field of Energy preferably with electrical substations
- You are customer-oriented and work independently
- Furthermore, you are flexible and willing to travel: approximately 70% (mainly to Kuwait)
- Computer skills complete your profile
- You have strong English skills
- Ideally, you possess a valid international driving license
