What challenges can you expect?
- You have the ability to develop strong business relationships with customers
- You are aware that prospecting and developing accounts and growing strategic relationships are critical to meet all Sales objectives
- You are characterized by organizational skills with an ability to successfully manage multiple projects while meeting critical timing schedules
- You are able to prepare tenders (commercial & technical), including negotiations up to the award of contract with the customers
- You are willing and able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of output
What do we expect from you?
- You have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- You have gained experience in Industrial Sales (and/or Field service) for more than 5-10 years
- It would be an asset if you had Sales experience in the power transmission and distribution field
- It would be a plus if you had experience in the transformer service field
- It would be favored if you had already worked with Power Transformer Industry Manufacturer's Representatives
- You are experienced with CRM programs
- You are characterized by strong presentation skills
- You have to be bilingual in French & English
- You have a Canadian citizenship or a Permanent Resident
- You are willing to travel frequently (> 50%)
