Purchasing Engineer

Implement corporate procurement strategy and procurement activities towards achieving or supporting the company’s strategic business objectives in material supply, cost control and quality assurance.
Procurement activities handling.
Negotiate with suppliers according to provided aims of quality, cost , delivery and reliability.
Communicate the market development with departments involved in procurement strategy, including German headquarters.
Cooperate with engineering department to reduce material cost by choosing suitable manufacturing methods / technologies.
Handle complaints and reclamations of supplied materials; Support suppliers to develop their ability to meet our demands.

Bachelor degree in electrical / mechanical engineering with emphasis on plastics / metal processing technologies
2 years or above experience as electrical / mechanical engineer
2 years or above experience in procurement, purchasing and logistics
Exposure and Experience in international sourcing business
Be familiar with technical drawings (experience in machining, metal sheet, injection molding and casting-technologies is an definite advantage)
Extensive skills in computer applications (MS-Office, SAP,
Good skill of CAD/UG，Solid edge basics
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Medium sourcing and purchasing knowledge
