Service Technician

Your responsibilities

  • Performance of service job and maintenance work in regard to the designated product spectrum both on site and in-house
  • Preplanning of service jobs to be carried out
  • Problem assessment in regard to Load Tap-Changer units, Power Transformer’s accessories and equipments, including ist resolution
  • Propose and recommend additional solutions to Customers in order to improve the asset reliability
  • Creation of technical service reports and forwarding to the Service Manager

Your profile

  • Skilled worker with appropriate experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (> 10 years)
  • Enjoy practical and challenging hands-on tasks in the electrical / mechanical field
  • Advanced knowledge about power transformers
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to make decisions under time pressure, energetic/ well mannered/ proactive attitude at all time, team player, driven to meet customer satisfaction
  • Bilingual English / French (read/written/spoken)
  • Available to travel frequently
  • Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident
