For our location Almaty City we are looking for you as:


Office Manager / Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

What challenges can you expect?

  • You provide administrative support to the Sales Order Processing Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
  • You complete the e-filing related to the offer and order confirmation on the server and SAP system on timely basis and maintain the checklist in Excel
  • You handle the booking of flight, hotel accommodation, car rental, visa application for the team and also making changes to the return tickets (if any) 
  • You update the CRM system including uploading visit reports (Salesforce)
  • You provide administrative support including tender submission, filing up tender documents
  • You compose simple correspondences and prepare sales related presentations / slides for the team
  • You support the Admin Department answering, screening and directing incoming calls and take messages
  • You perform other operations & administrative functions as may be assigned by the superior from time to time

What do we expect from you?

  • You must have Diploma in Secretarial/Business Studies/Administration or its equivalent.
  • It would be an advantage if you have knowledge or/and practical experience in accounting operations (1C)
  • You must be fluent in spoken and written Russian, Kazakh and English.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications as well as ready to learn new tools (Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff (externally and internally)
  • You are trustworthy and reliable in handling confidential data and information. You must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • You are matured with pleasant personality, independent, meticulous and possess good organizational skills.
