Area Sales Manager (m/f/d)

What challenges can you expect?

  • You are responsible for the implemetation of the Reinhausen Sales strategy within the designated region
  • Developing strong business relationships with existing and new customers is within your responsibility
  • You are responsible for the conception and implementation of measures to expand and secure business
  • As professional expert, you carry out market analysis
  • You are responsible to conduct regular customer visits, identify business potentials and conducting sales negotiations
  • Therefore, you will improve the customer's acceptance of and preference for Reinhausen products with regards to technical specifications
  • You will carry out product presentations and customer trainings
  • Follow up on projects and sales offers
  • You will prepare regular reports (e.g. forecast, visit reports, market and customer information)

What do we expect from you?

  • You have completed a university degree in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • With at least 3 - 5 years of experience in industrial sales
  • You are experienced in the electrical power transmission and distribution sector, experience in the power transformers service field is a plus
  • In addition, you are able to work independently and have good presentation skills
  • You are fluent in English (Written and spoken), Ukrainian would be an additional advantage.
  • You are willing to travel frequently (30-50%)
  • Experience with CRM programs and MS Office complete your profile
  • You are a self-motivating person that is able to maintain a high level of output
  • You are willing and able to work under pressure
