Order Processing Service Engineer
Interpreting, clarifying and realizing customer specifications for offers and orders taking into account the MR delivery spectrum, with technical support from an OPP Applications Engineer or a specialized department where necessary (e.g. in regard to substantive processing or system support). Early review of technical feasibility and cost effectiveness of customer-specific special designs through the use of relevant processes (K0).
Providing assistance to AM transformer projects analyzing, specifying, reconfiguring and/ or designing electrical circuits of control cabinets.
Providing support to OPM Project Managers on field activities such as collecting information for bids and quotations, analyzing feasibility for product upgrades or replacements, supporting installation and/or commissioning.
The Order Processing Service (OPS) - Applications and Service Support Engineer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and product support as well as ensuring orders and products are properly selected, configured and entered into the SAP system
Advising repair shops, end customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range with specialized support from an OPP Applications Engineer or specialized department where necessary (e.g. in regard to substantive processing or system support). Of particular importance is the analysis and coordination of technical requirements for retrofits and scheduled customer projects (e.g. product selection, layout, complex applications, maintenance, replacement, etc.).
