Senior Global Product Manager Bolt-On Load Tap-Changers

What challenges can you expect?

You own global product management for our portfolio of bolt-on load tap-changers throughout the complete product lifecycle
You continuously manage the market requirements for your product portfolio and prioritize the respective development roadmap accordingly
You maintain convincing sales arguments for your product portfolio, create respective content and ensure distribution via our sales channels
With your deep technical understanding of your product portfolio, you train your sales colleagues and support them in complex customer interactions
You regularly monitor the commercial development (volumes, prices, quality issues, costs etc.) of your product portfolio and facilitate necessary adjustments in alignment with the respective colleagues
You represent MR in committee work such as IEEE where you contribute to the advancement of technical standards

What do we expect from you?

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), Charlotte (CLT) or Humboldt, TN preferred; remote work also possible with more extensive travel

You have a degree in electrical engineering, engineering or other relevant discipline
You have a minimum of 10 years technical experience around load tap-changers and transformers
You have experience in marketing functions or experience working closely with marketing on product launches and product management is a plus
You have deep technical understanding of the electrical and mechanical principles underlying load tap-changers, transformer and power grids
You have experience in product life cycle management
You have proven ability to interact both with customers and sales teams as well as with R&D, operations and engineering colleagues
You have strong communications skills both in verbal and written communication
You are willing and able to travel globally and work with international teams
Experience in committee work is a bonus
You are flexible and willing to travel both domestically and internationally – 25-50% depending on work location
