Customer Support Assistant Internship
- Check and archive technician’s service report;
- Record service summary form as per service report;
- Upload service report to SAP system;
- Renew the company / product brochure database;
- Maintain the brochure stock in case for brochures updating or shortage;
- Brochures mailing according to Customers‘requirements;
- Assist the communication department to draft document;
- Support events preparation and administration if needed;
- Documents translation.
- Ability to work at least 3 days per week;
- Junior and senior students are preferred;
- Good English communication, CET-4 or above;
- Good Computer skills, e.g. Words, Excel, PPT, etc;
- Numerate, strong analytical and problem solving skills and well communication skill;
- Smart, hard working and responsible.
