Customer Support Assistant Internship

Your responsibilities

  • Check and archive technician’s service report;
  • Record service summary form as per service report;
  • Upload service report to SAP system;
  • Renew the company / product brochure database;
  • Maintain the brochure stock in case for brochures updating or shortage;
  • Brochures mailing according to Customers‘requirements;
  • Assist the communication department to draft document;
  • Support events preparation and administration if needed;
  • Documents translation.

Your profile

  • Ability to work at least 3 days per week;
  • Junior and senior students are preferred;
  • Good English communication, CET-4 or above;
  • Good Computer skills, e.g. Words, Excel, PPT, etc;
  • Numerate, strong analytical and problem solving skills and well communication skill;
  • Smart, hard working and responsible.
