What challenges can you expect?
- You will advise end customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range (with specialized support from an OPP or specialized department where necessary)
- Interpreting, clarifying and realizing customer specifications for offers and orders taking into account the MR delivery spectrum (with technical support from an OPP or a specialized department where necessary) are within your responsibility
- You will assist with and implementing complex technological projects depending on skills and qualifications
- Providing designated end customers/operators with technical support and after-sales servicing, processing complaints and disruptions including problem assessment, implementation of appropriate actions, follow-up and correspondence will be part of your tasks
What do we expect from you?
- You have completed an engineering degree and an appropiate level of experience in the field of Energy Technology
- Ideally, you have previous experience with power transformers and/or On-Load Tap Changers
- You have a stron background in Electrical Engingeering
- You are business-oriented and customer-focused
- You are business fluent in English
- Good knowledge of processes and systems complete your profile
