Human Resources Specialist

What challenges can you expect?

  • As the HR Specialist on site, you will implement HR strategies and initiatives in accordance with the guidelines from the German headquarter
  • You will provide guidance to employees and managers on all HR related matters and will be responsible for the whole talent cycle steps (e.g. appraisal talk, merit increase, talent management)
  • You will utilize Applicant Tracking System to post and recruit, screen and review candidate’s applications and coordinate interviews with supervisors as you are responsible for the recruitment and selection process as well as the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • You will closely collaborate with Headquarter HR and provide valuable input for HR related project
  • You will ensure all HR policies, regulations and practices are followed and interpreted to employees when needed
  • You will be the contact person for the external payroll and accounting service provider

What do we expect from you?

  • As a successful candidate you will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Human Resources and ideally a good knowledge and understanding of relevant HR legislation
  • You have a relevant degree/ professional HR qualification and therefore profound general HR skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Korean language is of primary importance
  • You will have written, verbal and presentation skills to be effective in this job and are an excellent communicator
  • Your organization skills will be required to manage multiple priorities accurately, effectively, and efficiently 
  • We're a forerunner in technology so your computer literacy and ideally familiarity with HR information systems, timekeeping or payroll systems including advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications is a success factor
  • Experience in a multinational environment is very desirable and of big advantage
