Business Development Manager Automation

What challenges can you expect?

  • You will define target markets in the area of transformer monitoring
  • You will plan and track the marketing mix, 4P's, business development activities, pipeline, impact and KPIs
  • You will analyze customers, market and segments to align the portfolio and connected strategies to penetrate the market
  • You will create and present presentations with strong technical and customer-based knowledge
  • You will review customer technical data to provide assessment, recommendations and services to potential sales opportunities
  • You will develop re-usable and scalable enablement content for SALES, SERVICES and PARTNERS

What do we expect from you?

  • You have completed a Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering relevant to OEM Manufacturing, in Transformer monitoring, in IT/OT/IIOT
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role in the area of the asset management of a power utility or transformer OEM, Monitoring-, Sensor Supplier
  • You are a professional in MS Office and able to create comprehensive content in word, calculations in XLS and presentations in PPT
  • You have the willingness and ability to travel globally and work independently
  • You have fluent business English skills, further foreign languages are desirable
  • You have a technical, analytical thinking and a deep knowledge of Transformer Monitoring applications
  • You are absolutely customer-committed and able to earn and keep customer trust
