Procurement, Logistic and Facility Manager

What challenges can you expect?

  • You will handle procurement requirements including identify suppliers, create suppliers’ account, issuing Purchase Orders and tendering when required
  • You will negotiate with the suppliers and as well as with the logistics company the transportation contracts
  • You will organize importing and shipping of goods to customers, monitors the delivery dates
  • In addition, you will issue invoices
  • You will handle Return of Material (RMA) requests
  • You will analyze, recommend and ensure adequate inventory levels (MIN/MAX management), prepare relevant reports (monthly and year-end)
  • Furthermore, you will ensure proper archiving of relevant documentations
  • You will organize and maintain housekeeping in the warehouse area
  • You will plan and organize the necessary support for the office operations including IT systems, building, maintenance, etc…

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a DEC degree with at least 5-10 years’ experience in the industry
  • You are experienced with Procurement, Order Processing and Logistics of industrial supplies
  • You are familiar with the electrical power T&D sector with experience in a service organization
  • As a self-motivated person you are able to maintain a high level of output and be able to work independently
  • In addition, you have excellent skills in intercultural relations so as in the technique of negotiations
  • You are familiar with MS Office programs and knowledge of the Interal software environment
  • Your fluency in French and English languages (Written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement
  • You have the spirit of a Team player and have the ability to supervise other resources
