
Sign-On Bonus
Reinhausen will pay a one time $300 sign on bonus for all candidates starting employment. This grossed up payment will be paid to the employee on their second paycheck. Additional information will be given during the OnBoarding Process.
The Warehouse Keeper completes material requirements by processing and loading internal and external work orders, as well as routing it to its required destination.
- Verify Material count and specification
- Prepare and package material for internal/ external routing
- Route products to departments
- Attach identifying information and delivery instructions on containers
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Complete deliveries by driving forklift to and from final destination
- Report and inspect warehouse forklift equipment
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Maintains safe environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations using 6S standards.
- Completes reports by entering required information
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Other task as assigned by Supervisor
- Material receipt/ packaging/ verification/ routing/ handling/ transport
- Complete deliveries by driving forklift to and from final destination

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Will read and interpret blueprints, positions parts and work instructions to ensure quality of our product, production schedule is met, abiding company policies and procedures. Assembler will also perform repairs as needed and reports errors Supervisor.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- 2 years previous warehouse experience or order picking; preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift an crane certification

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional manufacturing warehouse environment in a climate control temperature. This role will routinely be exposed to loud noises such as air-powered tools/presses, oil/dirt, and forklift traffic. Additionally, this position will require some use of various hand, pneumatic air, and battery operated torque tools.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of their job, the employee frequently is required to stand, walk, bend, lift, climb, squat, kneel and reach.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Typical Shift Hours of Operations
1st shift 6 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
2nd shift 2:45 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Daily and weekend overtime may be required, as needed
Flexibility to rotate shifts, as determined due to business need and management discretion
Pay
$16.50 per hour ($1.00 Shift Differental)
