Team Assistant
Location: Kuala Lumpur
What challenges can you expect?

Key responsibilities include (but not limited) to the following: 

~ Provide administrative support to the Sales Order Processing Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office

~ Complete the e-filing related to the offer and order confirmation on the server and SAP system on timely basis and maintain the checklist in Excel

~ Handling the booking of flight, hotel accommodation, car rental, visa application for the team and also making changes to the return tickets (if any) 

~ Updating the CRM system including uploading visit reports

~ Provide administrative support including tender submission, filing up tender documents

~ Compose simple correspondences and prepare sales related presentations / slides for the team

~Support the Admin Department answering, screening and directing incoming calls and take messages.

~Support Technical Services in issuing Delivery Notes /parts preparation (if necessary)

~Relief other Team Assistants when they are on medical/annual leave.

~Perform other operations & administrative functions as may be assigned by the superior from time to time

What do we expect from you?

REQUIREMENTS:

~You must have Diploma in Secretarial/Business Studies/Administration or its equivalent.

~It would be an advantage if you have several years of working experience as Administrator in multinational company

~You must be fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

~You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

~You have good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff.

~You are trustworthy and reliable in handling confidential data and information.

~You must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

~You are matured with pleasant personality, independent, meticulous and possess good organizational skills.
