OP ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Temporary)
Location: Humboldt, TN
What challenges can you expect?

Essential Duties:

  • Handling of hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Scanning of hard copy files and implementation into digital file system in SAP
  • Conversion of CADRA files to AUTOCAD files.
  • Support to OP team in sending order confirmation attachments.
  • This position requires regular attendance

What do we expect from you?

Education & Skill Requirements:

  • High school with excellent verbal and written communications skills. Administrative technical studies desired.
  • Computer literate with ability to learn customer operational and administrative software applications.
  • Skills in MS Windows and MS Office
