Area Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Realization of Reinhausen Sales Strategy and acquisition of new customers in the designated regions
  • Improving customer acceptance of and preference for Reinhausen products in regard to technical specifications.
  • Conception and implementation of measures for expanding and securing business
  • Analysis of regional developments and development of future scenarios
  • Close cooperation with product managers, manufacturers representatives and initiation of product innovations
  • Conduct regular customer visits in order to build strong customer relationships and Sales negotiations
  • Presenting product information and carrying out customer trainings, where necessary

Your profile

  • A 4-year Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree from an accredited University is preferred
  • Industrial Sales experience required: Minimum 3-5 years
  • Experience in instrumentation field is preferred
  • Working with industry manufacturer representatives favored
  • Experience with CRM Programs
  • Strong presentation skills required
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) further German language advantageous
  • High team-work ability, ability to inspire positively and actively
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
