What challenges can you expect?
- You will develop and execute sales activities to grow business within your assigned region or customer group
- You will identify new market opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- You will advise customers on products and solutions, working closely with internal experts when needed
- You will prepare and follow up on offers, lead negotiations, and support contract agreements
- You will conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and trainings to strengthen partnerships
- You will analyze market trends and competitor activity to support sales and marketing strategies
What do we expect from you?
- You have a degree in electrical engineering or relevant hands-on experience in the electrical power industry
- You have at least 5 years of experience in energy technology, substations, transformers, or similar fields
- You have a sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- You have strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- You take ownership of your work and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50%) and engage directly with customers
