Head of Utility Sales - West

What challenges can you expect?
- You will define and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share across utility customers in the U.S. East region
- You will own overall sales performance, including achieving targets, managing the pipeline, and ensuring accurate forecasting
- You will identify and develop new business opportunities across transformer products, services, and retrofit solutions
- You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team and representative network to ensure strong market coverage
- You will build and strengthen relationships with key utility customers, including leading contract negotiations
- You will analyze market trends and competition to shape strategy and support long-term business growth
What do we expect from you?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field; an MBA is a plus
- You have more than 10 years of sales experience in the electrical, energy, or utility industry, including leadership experience
- You have strong commercial acumen and take ownership of results and business performance
- You have experience working in international or cross-functional environments within a matrix organization
- You have strong communication skills in English and are willing to travel up to 50%
- You have a results-driven and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make and defend decisions
