What challenges can you expect?
- You lead and develop the substation service team while ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction
- You manage service operations including safety, quality, compliance, workflow, and resource planning across your region
- You support the sales organization in developing and executing service strategies and identifying new business opportunities
- You oversee complex service projects including offer preparation, tender management, and subcontractor coordination
- You ensure alignment between forecasts and available resources, including personnel, equipment, and competencies
- You drive continuous improvement through innovation, reporting (KPIs, forecasts), and collaboration with internal stakeholders
What do we expect from you?
- You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable experience in transformer service management
- You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a transformer or substation service environment
- You have hands-on experience in transformer installation, testing, maintenance, or repair
- You have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and enjoy working cross-functionally
- You have an existing network within the utility or transformer service industry
- You are willing to travel (5–30%) and work independently in a dynamic environment
