What challenges can you expect?
- You will receive, verify, package, and route materials to support warehouse and production operations
- You will pick, stage, load, unload, and deliver materials to designated departments and delivery areas
- You will operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and complete daily inspections
- You will perform local shuttle runs between facilities, including pre- and post-trip inspections and load securement
- You will maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation and system entries
- You will help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe while following company safety and DOT standards
What do we expect from you?
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have at least 2 years of warehouse, material handling, or order fulfillment experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- You hold a valid CDL Class A or B license with an acceptable driving record and current DOT medical certification
- You are certified to operate a forklift (crane certification is a plus or willingness to obtain)
- You are dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well in a team environment
- You are comfortable following procedures, maintaining accurate records, and working in a fast-paced setting
