What challenges can you expect?
- You will prepare, package, and route materials to the appropriate internal and external destinations
- You will verify material quantities and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
- You will pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery while maintaining organized inventory
- You will operate forklifts to safely transport materials throughout the warehouse
- You will support inventory control, including stock tracking, documentation, and data entry
- You will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse following company standards and 6S practices
What do we expect from you?
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- You bring at least 2 years of warehouse or order picking experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- You are certified (or willing to be certified) to operate forklifts and cranes
- You work well in a team environment and communicate clearly with others
- You have strong attention to detail and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- You are dependable and able to follow processes and safety guidelines
