What challenges can you expect?
- You will act as the technical expert for transformer automation solutions, especially ETOS®, supporting the sales team during pre-sales activities
- You will develop and execute sales strategies to grow Reinhausen’s Components portfolio in the Canadian market
- You will engage with customers to understand their technical needs, present tailored solutions, including product demonstrations and promote pilot projects
- You will support local marketing initiatives to increase product awareness
- You will collaborate across teams to share customer insights and support future innovations
- You will represent Reinhausen at customer sites and industry events, providing technical guidance and building strong relationships
- You will manage your region’s opportunity funnel and forecasts, contributing to strategic planning
What do we expect from you?
- You have a degree in Electrical Engineering with appropriate experience level and specialization in the power grid automation
- You bring 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical sales, ideally in power generation, transmission, or distribution
- You have strong knowledge of power transformer technology, control systems, and industry standards
- You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50%)
- You are business-fluent in English and French would be an asset
- You hold the Canadian citizenship or have the Permanent Resident status in Canada
