What challenges can you expect?
- You drive the market ramp-up of the assigned service and product portfolio from awareness through repeat business
- You actively develop the market by creating local visibility through customer visits, events, presentations, and pilot projects
- You support and qualify internal sales colleagues by sharing product expertise and helping develop sales and marketing materials
- You coordinate customer-facing projects such as pilot programs, specifications work, and framework agreements
- You gather market and customer feedback and continuously share insights with Product Management to improve the portfolio strategy
What do we expect from you?
- You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field
- You bring approximately 10 years of professional experience in sales and/or services within the energy market
- You have strong technical expertise and can confidently position complex service and product solutions
- You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in sales and market development
- You communicate persuasively, manage objections effectively, and work autonomously in a dynamic environment
- You are willing to travel approximately 50% within the U.S. and occasionally internationally
