Project Management Service Supervisor

What challenges can you expect?

You lead and coordinate a team of Project Managers to ensure timely creation and configuration of service offers and orders
You supervise the team’s performance and allocate responsibilities based on workload
You manage customer and internal queries professionally, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolution
You drive continuous improvement by developing tools and optimizing workflows
You ensure your team receives the necessary training and support to perform at their best

What do we expect from you?

You have a degree in Engineering or are a qualified technician with at least 5 years of experience in service project management (preferably in Sunstation or Transformer services)
You bring strong knowledge in electrical or mechanical engineering
You have proven leadership skills and experience managing performance and disciplinary issues
You are detail-oriented, organized, and communicate effectively
You are willing to travel domestically and internationally
