Global Learning & Development Specialist

What challenges can you expect?

  • You serve as the global expert for designated learning processes, interfaces, and related IT system mapping across the Reinhausen Group.

  • You understand the organization’s strategic business needs and translate them into effective people development strategies.

  • You develop, coordinate, and implement organization‑wide learning guidelines and standards, ensuring alignment with group‑level agreements.

  • You drive active change management to embed learning processes into the organizational mindset, culture, and daily behavior.

  • You monitor L&D market trends, lead benchmarking activities, and engage with expert networks to ensure modern and competitive learning practices.

  • You lead the global, needs‑based, and systematic expansion of learning offerings across the organization.

  • You enhance and modernize existing support and leadership development programs.

  • You design and implement eLearning Strategy 2.0, ensuring alignment with global learning goals.

  • You hold technical system ownership of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring functionality, optimization, and continuous improvement.

  • You define and monitor KPIs and learning metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.

  • You promote a strong global learning culture through needs assessments, employee engagement, and quality management practices.


What do we expect from you?

  • You completed university degree in (business) psychology, human resources, business administration (focus on human resources) or comparable.

  • You have proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development within a multinational environment.

  • You possess a strong understanding of LMS platforms, digital learning ecosystems, or HR technology systems.

  • You bring experience in change management, process design, or global program rollout.

  • You are able to influence diverse stakeholders and drive adoption of global standards.

  • You demonstrate strong analytical ability and use data effectively to inform decisions.

  • You have a passion for modern learning solutions, innovation, and continuous improvement.
