HR Coordinator

What challenges can you expect?

You serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and HR matters
You maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems confidentially
You support recruiting activities, including job postings and interview coordination
You prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientation
You help organize site events and employee engagement activities

What do we expect from you?

You have an associate’s degree (Bachelor’s in HR or Business preferred)
You bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail
You are proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus
You demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
You handle confidential information with professionalism
