HR Business Partner, Talent and Development

What challenges can you expect?

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees in assigned U.S. and Canadian business areas
  • Provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching
  • Design and implement training and development programs for North America, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Lead the annual performance management process and support succession planning
  • Partner on recruiting activities and manage immigration-related processes for assigned groups

What do we expect from you?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Progressive HR experience, including HR Manager or HR Business Partner roles
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training and development programs
  • Experience with performance management and recruiting processes
  • Strong HR knowledge and ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
